Terms & Conditions – For Exhibitors
1. Eligibility & Registration
Exhibitors must complete the official registration form and pay stall charges in advance.
Allocation of stalls is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Stall Setup & Timings
Setup must be completed at least 2 hours before event opening.
Exhibitors must operate during official event hours; early closure or late opening is not permitted.
3. Display & Promotion
Exhibitors may display products only within their allotted space.
Passageways must remain clear; no obstruction or encroachment is allowed.
Promotional activities outside the stall area require prior written approval from organizers.
4. Facilities Provided
Each 2x2m stall or canopy includes: 2 chairs, 1 table, 2 lights, 1 dustbin, and 1 five amp socket (for mobile charging or laptop use).
Any additional electrical load will be charged separately.
Food stalls are provided as canopies with: 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 light, and 1 five amp socket.
Kitchens are located at the back and shared among food exhibitors.
5. Electricity & Appliances
High electricity appliances (e.g., heavy cooking equipment, large machines) will incur extra charges.
Exhibitors must inform organizers in advance if such appliances are required.
Unauthorized use of heavy appliances may result in disconnection without refund.
6. Waste Management
Food stall exhibitors must collect all waste in garbage bags and ensure proper disposal.
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around their stalls.
7. Compliance & Safety
All electrical equipment must comply with safety standards.
Hazardous materials or unsafe displays are strictly prohibited.
Exhibitors must comply with fire, municipal, and venue regulations.
8. Liability & Insurance
Organizers are not liable for theft, damage, or loss of exhibitor property.
Exhibitors are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage.
Organizers are not responsible for sales, business outcomes, or visitor footfall. Participation does not guarantee commercial success.
9. Conduct
Exhibitors must maintain professional behavior at all times.
Any misconduct may result in stall cancellation without refund.
10. Confidentiality of Charges
Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from sharing or disclosing costing/charges set by the organizing team.
11. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments must be made in advance.
Refunds, if any, are subject to organizer’s discretion and cancellation timelines.
12. Force Majeure
Organizers are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances.
